Day 1: Arrival

Morning: Arrive in Beara Peninsula, either by car or via nearby transportation hubs like Cork or Kerry airports.


Afternoon: Check into your accommodation, whether it's a B&B or cosy farm cottage. Take some time to explore the nearby village, perhaps grabbing a bite to eat at a local cafe or pub.


Evening: Enjoy a relaxing evening, taking in the beautiful surroundings and gearing up for your adventure ahead.



Day 2: Exploring the Coast

Morning: Start your day with a scenic drive along the Beara Peninsula's rugged coastline. Stop at viewpoints like Healy Pass, Gour viewpoint and the Dzogchen Beara Buddhist Centre to admire the stunning vistas.


Afternoon: Visit the quaint village of Eyeries, known for its colourful houses and picturesque setting. Take a stroll along the village streets and pop into local shops and Cafés.


Evening: Dine at a seafood restaurant in the village, like Murphy’s Restaurant, or head back to your accommodation for a cosy homemade meal.



Day 3: Outdoor Adventures

Morning: Embark on a hiking or cycling adventure along one of Beara's many trails, such as the Beara Way. Be sure to pack a picnic lunch to enjoy amidst the natural beauty.


Afternoon: Explore the rugged beauty of Beara's coastline with a boat tour, like Beara Boat Tours, or sea kayaking excursion. Keep an eye out for seals, dolphins, whales and seabirds along the way.
